This is really cool, i really like the art direction and presentation and the gameplay is unique and a breath of fresh air in this community. Though i do have some complaints:
cam scrolling is too slow
make the nights a little shorter
i had a unfair death where pnm killed me nearly instantly
Other than that, I'm intrigued to see what the full game will be like!

Pretty cool demo, like the 5.0 inspiration a lot and the gameplay seems decent so far, though from this demo I think there could be some changes.
Some non-character specific changes I would like to see are; smaller office scroll hitboxes, I am fine with the snap (lack of animation) for turning, I just think the hitboxes to look left/right are a bit large for no reason (can't even honk Toy without being forced to turn smh), and a smoother implementation of the danger ambience, I am not against it, the implementation is just a bit janky due to how often it switches off and on (Also could do with being a bit more subtle.)
Onto the characters, I think Sailormouth (if this isn't effected by his ai level) could enter the office sooner, he feels super lenient for how simple it is to deal with him, but this is relatively minor, he could attack more often too but I am guessing this is what his AI level affects.
Minnie could be faster which is a pretty easy rework, or you could make it so that she has a chance (like a 1/3) to go to the right door every time you deal with her. She starts right next to the right door, but that's kind of my intent with this idea, it makes her a variable threat that keeps you on your toes, besides you just need to hold your light for a second, you could add a buffer phase before she enters the right door if the alt attack feels too sudden.
Oswald I can imagine being pretty annoying at higher ai levels, I would just make it so that he has a sound cue whenever he moves so you can track/expect his attack, I think its fair since he kills pretty quick and he doesn't need to enter the office unlike Inverted so having another method to keep track of him would be fine.
Besides that I think these mechanics are fine, though I do have a concern that there are a bit too many of them? The gate and the alarm are practically the same thing but every character has their specific mechanic used to counter them specifically, all to say that I think there is enough, if there are future characters down the line, they should just interact with the mechanics established here instead of piling on even more. There is also a slight concern with character combos as the killtimers overall are pretty tight and there is very little tolerance when it comes to multitasking, sure it is rare in this low AI environment but I can imagine it happening in the custom night. I dont have a concrete answer to this, you'd just have to figure out what works best when it comes to balancing the harder nights.

hello! just finished the demo and i got to say that it its realy really cool. i like the crunchy asthetic, the sleak menu and title, the spc-like articles at the start and that it has more original mechanics than just shutting off the cameras. i do have 3 gripes overall:
1) the office should be able to scroll smoothly and maybe add a few props, as of right now its very clunky.
2) there should be an ambiance apart from the fnaf 2 siren, so that the downtime doesnt feel so empty.
3) when the suits leave the office there should be a sound that signal it, like the floorboards creaking so it feels more responsive.
other than that, the demo is excellent and the game has a lot of potential, i hope the best for the game and the team!
