In AFTEREFFECT Q: DX Remaster, two unlikely mascot horror franchises combine in this absurd turn-based RPG. Fight god-like entities, adventure through mysterious worlds, and bear witness to the insanity. This remaster of the original 2024 release brings enhanced QoL features and the brand new Withering Garten game mode.

After the true ending of AFTEREFFECT DX, Vanessa and her close friend and former manager Marielle revisit the same fateful factory that once trapped them, only to find themself transported into another world. In this strange new dimension, they find… Freddy, William Afton, and… another Vanessa?

Now with newfound supernatural powers, they’re tasked with destroying the “Gamers” - ungodly divinities that have taken... familiar looking forms. Team up, fight epic gods, and destroy Gamers once and for all in this absolutely unhinged RPG!

Q: My PC/laptop is old, and the game isn't running due to an error message about not having Vulcan.

A: This is an issue with Godot's main rendering pipeline not being compatible with old drivers, but it does have a fix!

Q: My game is really shaky and not smooth. How do I fix it?

A: Try putting the game in and out of fullscreen, as it usually fixes odd performance issues.

Q: The character art is slightly blurry when played at full screen.

A: This is due to this game being made in the ITA RPG engine, which is designed for pixel art and not HD sprites.

Q: Can I make youtube videos/stream this?

A: Yes! Just link to our gamejolt!

Q: Is this a “troll game”?

A: Yes... and no. This game is real, it just was originally released as an April Fools game in 2024!
