In Five Nights at Freddy's 3, the shiny new characters of the second game are just in the process of being made. During your shifts at Faz-works you'll have to check up on them, so they don't damage other pieces of priceless technology, themselves... or you.

There's something weird going on, though.

Now that that's done!

Five Nights at Freddy's 3: Alt Reality is a take on Five Nights at Freddy's 3 by Scott Cawthon if it did the Five Night at Freddy's 2 but again. Meaning that it's a prequel to the last game, and the new animatronics from the last game are now broken [Prototypes in this case]!

This game strives to be an in-universe version of it's FNaF 3 but not a game that has the same amount of conclusion as FNaF 3. In this universe the FNaF 3 conclusion feeling would happen in FNaF 4!

All of this means the aesthetic is different to the whole game, it plays differently and the story is different!

Five Nights at Freddy's 3: Alt Reality is NOT an official Five Nights at Freddy's game or Five Nights at Freddy's 3!
