Deep in the recesses of our minds we can create fear. Fear pushes our minds to survive, avoid danger and make safe decisions. However, when fear is left unchecked, it can cripple us, and prevent us from performing even the most mundane tasks nigh impossible. This is the concept fear is exploring. Our "Hero" Tim has severe anxiety, and is taking medication to control it. Tim is thrust into hell when a routine visit to his psychologist leaves him stranded in the clinic form hell, stalked relentlessly by a demonic creation of his mind, clueless as to what brought him here and how he will escape.
