Can't get past the name screen, press connect and nothing happens. Might be something on the server side. Hope it's an easy fix, so we can all play! :)

Left-Shift : Rolling Player
Space: Jump Player
Collect the rungs of the ladder on the map. And use the ladder until the last match. Try not to fall and watch out for demons.
