Open your cat goes fishing folder from steam, replace your current Data.win with this Data.win!

This is a cat goes fishing mod that adds;

  • Sanity bar (Saves, Player starts with 100, Goes down by 1 slowly.

  • 2 Pills to boost sanity in the new Shop

  • Fish have a one in 5 chance to go ''Poof'' once caught.

  • Cat sprites depending on sanity

  • Most fish are reskinned.

  • There is a ''Mist'' to the ocean.

  • Reskins to boat1 and boat6 drawn by Velvet

  • Old CGF Background from 2014.

  • Old Sea from 2014.

  • Old Cliff from 2014.

    There is more planned.

⚠️ Important Note

This mod is designed to be played on a new save file.
Though it can be played on an already existing file.

The new patch is released! it fixes the following:
-FPS being capped at 60 (made the game faster)
-Not getting darker underwater
-The sea had 2 different colors
-Mist was invisible
-Pills are in a new shop now

More fish reskins
New Shop for pills

For those who are curious;

Next update will add mist, and censorship on blood that are ''black squares'' when fish gets bitten.

We will also fix it not being darker as we get deeper to the ocean.

And then edit boat codes so they only reach the reef.

I have published a new release, fixing all the issues below!

-Mod is no longer 100mb+, it is 50mb. The issue was because of texture pages, i fixed it.

-Cat has more scared Sprites

-Fixed fish not resetting on cast

Here are all the known issues-

100mb for no reason
fps is uncapped
mist is not visible
deep sea's color is the original cgf instead of the old cgf sea
if you cast higher you will escape the map
These will all be fixed in today's patch, with new content!
