I beat the demo, and I must talk about some things that really hold it back.

First off, the cameras are infinitely outclassed by the radar. It's faster, more convenient, and is right next to the Reset Character buttons, meanwhile the cameras take time to spot characters and are a bit slow. Personally, I'd either combine them, so that the radar is an ability on the cameras, or make the radar have a much longer cooldown to make it more of a last resort.

And moreover about the gameplay, trying to stumble around the place in the pre-night "minigame" was slow and not very fun. I can't say that sequence adds anything to the game, it more so subtracts by making the player be forced to do another uninteresting thing before they can actually play the game. The post-night minigame I don't remember since I played the demo a few days ago, but I saw that it had some kind of softlock that was fixed after I played it, so I can't really comment on it, I guess. A tip from me is to make sure the player respawns at the start of the minigame instead of resetting their night progress if they die (again, I don't remember if that was the case here, but still).

And I simply must talk about the writing. I rolled my eyes so many times they're practically at the back of my skull. It's genuinely painful to hear some of the things that is being said. The voice acting isn't all that great either, I must be honest.

But I hope you will take something from my feedback in order to make this game the best it can be, because I am saying all this in hopes that it will be used to positively improve this game, not to discourage anyone. Good luck with the full release!

Coffy’s Enhanced: RETAKE features a mechanics system designed to test the player’s reflexes. It is necessary to reboot the animatronics so they return to their initial stage. Each animatronic reacts differently, using flashlights, lights, doors, and more.

The game includes a quick time event system, so always stay alert with your keys. It is also possible to type commands in the command prompt menu. The game also features post-night events, where you must complete extra tasks in order to uncover more of the story.

The Free Roam system allows the player to explore the establishment, discovering tapes and documents. The game also includes an inventory system, so keep track of your items. The gameplay features multiple endings, so be careful with your choices—it may be necessary to replay your campaign.
