So, this game will never be made?
A new game in development - This time with more optimization, additional custom content and a new AI system.
The game takes place in a real life location in Australia called Toowoomba. It even has some real-life locations in-game.
Art details:
I want Confine to essentially be Half-Life meets Unreal Engine. The following images that have been uploaded do not represent the final product. Enjoy!
Texture sizes have been halved in size (Compared to Imprisoned)
Modelling style is low-poly, with an even lower poly-count for optimization
Audio has been recorded with a Samsung phone, complete with Footstep Foley.
Tech details:
More than one type of AI. AI behaviour includes: Patrol, Random wandering, Hiding points, Attack and destroy as well as Frustration.
AI is less resource intensive compared to Imprisoned.
