yo this project is awesome man
Sonic slows down way too quickly while rolling, making it impossible to go through loops without using a peel out or speed monitor. and it's made more awkward because he slows down going downhill while rolling because of this.
I just want to let you know that the physics are kind of off. Like they do not feel like Sonic 3 physics (also called Genesis physics). If you want to improve the physics, go to Sonic Physics Guide over on Sonic Retro.

O QUE É COSMIC FRAMEWORK? / WHAT’S COSMIC FRAMEWORK?
PT/BR: A Cosmic Framework é um projeto/sonic engine open-source para ser usado nas game engines “Construct 2” e “Construct 3”. O projeto inicialmente foi lançado pela primeira vez no início de 2020 com a “Cosmic Engine” com o foco de ser uma framework de Sonic 3 e um tempo depois acabou sendo lançado a segunda versão, a “Cosmic Framework Plus” com o foco em ser uma framework de Sonic Mania. Com a repercussão massiva do projeto, no começo de 2021 para homenagear os quase 1 ano desde a sua criação e para melhorar tudo em relação as antigas versões, foi lançado a terceira versão do projeto, a Cosmic Framework REBOOT.
A Cosmic Framework REBOOT é a terceira versão do projeto “Cosmic Framework” e trouxe uma real melhora em relação as versões anteriores. A framework foi criada por “Celestial - EC” e teve como programador auxiliar o “XtremeBlueTronic”. Para sua criação foi usado como forma de estudo frameworks como: Sonic Worlds, Core Engine, Sonic Construct Worlds 2, Linum Framework Legacy, KSonic, Jase00 Projects e foi usado como auxilio o acervo da Sonic Construct Community com o suporte do Sonic Physics Guide.
EN: Cosmic Framework is an open-source project/sonic engine to be used in the “Construct 2” and “Construct 3” game engines. PT/BR: O movimento em 360º e a física já estão concluídos, mas o projeto sempre estará aberto para novas adições em futuras atualizações. Os códigos/eventos foram desenvolvidos para serem bem organizados e otimizados, tanto que em quase todas as sessões de toda a programação á anotações em Português e em Inglês para facilitar o entendimento dos usuários. O framework é baseado em sensores para a execução dos sistemas, como por exemplo a detecção de ângulo, então a maioria dos sistemas são totalmente automatizados.
EN: The 360° movement and physics are now complete, but the project will always be open for new additions in future updates. The codes/events were developed to be well organized and optimized, so much so that in almost all sessions of the entire programming there will be notes in Portuguese and in English to facilitate the users' understanding. The framework is based on sensors for running systems, such as angle detection, so most systems are fully automated.
