After the destruction of the casino, the Devil and King Dice felt terrible and wanted to take revenge on Cuphead, Mugman and Ms. Chalice. As a result, the Devil opened a new casino on Inkwell Isle IV, and King Dice invited the residents of the city there. In the end, they lost at the casino. The devil suggested that they find Cuphead and Ms. Chalice so as not to take their souls, while King Dice steals Mugman.

Cuphead is now in twice as much trouble as before.
