About DoggyTalents 1.7.10 Plus 🐾

This is a work-in-progress version created by me, Stormwindsky, to add new features without affecting the base 1.7.10 mod. For now, I'm just going to add additional translations to this mod.

What i added on my fork?

For now, I've just added languages that the base forks didn't support, such as Toki Pona, as well as Canadian French, Japanese, and several others.
