Ava and her friends are returning from a summer vacation to Nevada to her small home in Maine. One night on the way back, Ava's friend hits something, and it seems to have disappeared. Ava's friend claims it was just a deer and that it would be ok. Ava's friend continues driving....then something bursts out of the engine.
She escapes to an abandoned factory in the middle of no where, armed with only her wits and whatever she can find she must fight her way through the horrors that lie behind the concrete walls.
