Hallo Mineo Games
I have played your during the LD38, and have now played you game again. Here's what I think about the latest version of your game:
The Good:
The game idea is simple and fun.
The control of the Dung Beetle is simple and easy to learn.
The graphics is over all great.
The Dung Beetle animations is much better now.
The music and sound effects is super great.
The end creates is really creative and fun.
What could have been better:
The difficulty level is much to high.
I would have liked a small in game tutorial.
You say you have worked on making the game more immersive. To me the game needs some more story to be really immersive.
The most obstacles is good. But the falling logs was really hard to avoid. I would also have liked a bit more break between the wind blows.
I would have liked more kind obstacles.
But overall is the great little game. But especially the difficulty level, also made the super frustrating.
Lovely graphics! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)
