It’s been six years since the shooting. A whole town once buzzing with gossip and rumors, gone. Deafened. Activity pops up here and there, but nothing like before. It’s almost as if everyone just forgot about the shooting in the first place… but you know that’s not the case. You remember it clearly. The bright-colored seats, the ever-present propaganda. It was your average McDonald’s. Nothing special. Then it happened. The next thing you knew you were under the table, just hoping the rain of bullets would stop. Now here you are, working at the exact same McDonald’s. Funny how life works that way, the one place you dared never step foot in for years is the only one willing to give you a job. But it’s not that bad, you got the night shift! It’s practically the easiest job there is. All you have to do is make sure nobody steals anything and that no squatters are in the building. Besides, it’s only while they renovate the joint… so probably around a week. It’s definitely not the most hygienic place, but what’s the worse that can happen?

Five Nights At The McDonald’s Theater is a game that's been in the works for around a year behind the scenes, and I finally feel like we have enough progress to share. This has been a little passion project of mine that i've always wanted to make.

This game is meant to be an homage to older fangames while also having a real sense of terror most fangames miss. I like to call it a little "paranoia simulator". So strap in folks, cause it's gonna be a bumpy ride.
