Friday night Insomnia (FNI)

Met one of the devs for this mod on Phisnom's FNF stream! They said there's a couple of Jack sprites in development, maybe there will be a Jack week and Klaus week!

pro's

nice charting that isn't too difficult but still challenging (i consider myself somewhat below avrage and missed at least 50 each song)

artstyle that maybe not perfectly, but pretty well captures pastra's artstyle

good winfrey chromatics

demonstrates a solid knowledge of the veldigun such as having winfrey's songs reference music

con's that arent very likely to be fixed in a full version

clyde's chromatics, while nice don't feel very fitting, however they do still sound good

and those are all of the not very likely to be fixed con's

these aree the ones that i think might be fixed in a future update however

lack of story, we don't know at all whats going on

lack of characters, considering there are 4 other veldigun and lankmann, along with a slim chance of the other mascots like grimso, there could be more

suggestions more personal than outright problems some'd agree with

make the character poses feel extremely otherwordly, winfrey's felt like it but maybe make clyde a bit more otherworldly, it's basically a demon, so you could go all out, make it have a bunch of eyes, and other stuff

make the notes colored like the character's, but maybe white outlined so they can still be seen, i did this by making the notes orange and black, not required, but i think it's a nice change

maybe have changing visuals as a reference to the effects a veldigun can have on visuals and auditory

overrall, a really solid mod with potential, good luck team

first edit of possibly many, i think i've changed my thought on clyde's chromatic, it honestly sounds really fitting but still sounds good, now have literally no cons that wouldn't be fixed assuming this is still an unfinished demo (i don't actuallt know tbh
