After the events of Five Nights at Illuminy's 3, Simon Gray takes refuge in his underground laboratory in an attempt to escape his impending fate. The last hope left for Simon is to finish off the last animatronics left in there for sending them against Mark & Co. But many unforeseen events will happen during his plan...

The game will include a Story Mode, a Custom Mode and an Endless Mode:
but every game mode has the Mood Mechanic

Moods will change the gameplay making it easier or harder depending on the Moods you get, in particular some animatronics will be subject to certain moods.

There are 14 Moods, 7 Vices and 7 Virtues
Lust - Chastity
Envy - Gratitude
Greed - Charity
Wrath - Patience
Sloth - Diligence
Gluttony - Temperance
Pride - Humility

If you have a vice, you can no longer have its corresponding virtue and vice versa. Knowing the weaknesses and strengths of all animatronics and all moods will be very advantageous to study a good strategy.

The Story Mode consists of 7 sessions of 5 minutes each (+ a final session) with some characters from the roster, they will change from one session to another.

Between one session and another there is a lore cutscene and immediately after that there will be the so-called
"Mood's Choice"
where it will be possible to choose one of the two proposed moods.

The Mood's Choice will be obligatory or not depending on the difficulty chosen at the beginning of the story mode:

Moodless: the Mood's Choice will not be obligatory

Mood Swing: the Mood's Choice will be obligatory

Mood Mania: before starting the story mode you will choose 7 out of the 14 moods and complete the story mode with 7 moods from the start.

In Custom Mode (unlockable after completing the story mode of course) you can play challenges or make your own.

In challenge mode, you can set the AI of the main and secret characters and choose the moods to use. There are 16 preset challenges, including all characters (main and secret) and specific moods.

The Endless Mode (as the name suggests) will be a mode where you will play an increasingly difficult "night" as time passes, the more time you survive the more points you will earn. In this mode, animatronics will be added randomly to the game and their difficulty will increase as time passes.

During the game, you will get a certain score that will be assigned every second. The score will depend on how many and which animatronics are currently present, how many and which moods you have activated, and of course how long you survive.

You can choose which mood to use at the beginning of the game. However, some moods in Endless Mode have a different overall effect than in Story Mode and Custom Mode.

Some resources (such as power) will be reassigned every 5 minutes.
Shop's Items will be not allowed.

Plushies
- Small accessories and dolls that can be placed on your desk, each making a unique sound when clicked.
Items

- Here you can find small games that will entertain you and earn you some money.
Office Skins
- Your office can be customized; there are some options for decorating your gaming environment during your games.
