in the story, Tyranny has featheres on his back but thats not in the og sprite or art, its still in the story currently, he picked to keep his featheres when he came back to life and not evolve to lose featheres

Tyranny's Roar sounds like a low rumble, same for his voice

I forgot to add da tail but in the story of funno fun, Tyranny and the Tyrannaminions has tails (1 tail for each of them)
