Hello Neighbor Alpha 3 Rebuilt

Hello Neighbor Alpha 3 source-code rebuilt to work in editor. Somethings are gonna be different but I'm gonna try to get it as accurate as possible to the original. This project will include the alpha 2 map, neighbor_3, and all the other maps in alpha 3. The version of Unreal Engine I'm using is 4.13.1 which is a source-code build. I will provide a video once this releases on how to open the editor. DM me for the source-code.
