Pretty neat game with nice graphics. I like the way you interpreted the box art. You should probably add in a limit to the vertical aim because currently you end up looking upside down if you aim up/down enough.

I like the game concept. I think this could be an extremely fun game when it is somewhat completed. I would love to see what you turn this game into.
Maybe you can add a blocking button for the next update. Customizable player color could be cool. Just a suggestion.
Looks nice. With a little more work on it, it could be a funny game (Especially with a multiplayer).
Reducing the health by get hitting seems to me too straight. Maybe hitting a sweet spot to reducing the health dramatically will working on this game.

It's by no means finished, but I wanted to share my progress.
The game is (hopefully) fully playable, there is just no main menu, or real game mode. But I made it that far, I couldn't just sit there and say: "Meh, maybe next time", so here it is Hit And Punch 'em, maybe inspired by "Rock 'em Sock 'em" just maybe...
The Controls
The controls are easy:
WASD - Arrows = Move
Mouse = Looking around
Q/E - Left/Right Mouse Button = Left/Right Punch
You start with 2 spare lives, the other start with just one extra live.
Known Bugs:
-Sometimes you can't punch (Fixed in 0.8.9 - Moved the function to Update instead of FixedUpdate)
Features To Be Added:
-If you die, your head flies in the air, you have to land it on your table to get... something
-A Championship Mode
-A Character selector (The system behind it is already done)
-A real Tutorial
-More Arenas
-Things like trapdoors and so on in the arena
-Maybe Powerups
