dang I was trying to make a fangame called undertale rage, you beat me to it i guess 
-- What is Undertale: RAGE? --
Undertale RAGE is a more serious-toned Undertale Fangame that tries to match the character's to their original personality's in Undertale (such as sans being more monochrome, for example) while still giving new content for the player.
-- What is the game's story? --
The game starts in Snowdin where san's backtrack's to remember Papyrus.
Gaster watches him and realizes this is the first time he's ever done this in any timeline, and thus, begin's his latest experiment...
-- Who is working on the game? --
I am working on this game as a solo project (besides @FintwinsForthewin 
who will be making some animations for the game) to challenge myself, and also to test the limits of Scratch. Although, I will use content such as music, sprites and SFX from other people (mainly Toby Fox), although I will give credit and make sure i'm able to use the content.

NO! This will be its own original game, and you won't just be fighting sans either, although Last Breathe was one of my many inspirations for the game

Act 0 (the game's prologue, just a story set-up. no fight yet) is done. Although it is a bit short (1-2 mins) I'll release it so you can see what I've got so far. I'll also make an update later about the game's progress and plans. Happy Valentine's, all!
