This game is an early prototype!

I want to create a game that can teach children Japanese in a fun and engaging way.

Gameplay is divided into 4 parts, for the hub the player uses WASD to move around the school.

Minigames use the mouse, the first minigame consists of finding pairs of Japanese characters, a corresponding pronunciation soundclip will be played to help the player remember the character. The goal is to find all the pairs in the least amount of turns.

Next is a space shooter, move the ship using the mouse to dodge incoming hiragana and fire shots using the left mouse button. If you hit a card its pronunciation will be played, the goal is to destroy as many cards before dying.

The final minigame features multiple cards in a line and the player must quickly drag the hiragana card to its corresponding English letter in the quickest possible time. Note: there is a bug in this game where cards overlap, to fix this temporarily, make sure to grab one of the cards in a place where they are not overlapping.
