Neat game. I like the art style. The music is good too. It's a bit hard to dodge bullets with how big the ufo is though.
PS: If you try to start again after dying the title screen just refreshes and the music starts overlapping itself.
Nicely detailed sprite animations! I love the variety of human sprites and the tank explosions. The human sounds remind me a bit of the old-school Lemmings game.
Great work on the parallax backgrounds and sky texture. Everything looks cohesive and works well visually. Do you have any plans to add new UFO abilities or enemy types after the jam?
