Lanterns is a co-operative platformer. Each player is able to shine a coloured ray of light. Utilise lantern colours individually and combined to create a path and reveal what lies unseen, or hollow what blocks the path. Cause collateral or work together to collect a series of keys in each level that unlocks a portal to the next area. A little bit of experimentation, timing, and a lot of communication is required to conquer each level.
Play as Red or Blue and navigate through levels, or lead your teammate to temporary inevitable doom. Unlock different characters and game aesthetics along the way and discover secret areas.
Full controller support - other than the unity launcher.
Playable with a keyboard and mouse and one controller | or two controllers.
