The sequel to my first fangame, RedshirtTale.

MauveshirtTale essentially takes the first fangame and massively expands it from a mini-boss to a full-fledged boss fight, one with mechanics revolving mostly around splicing different soul modes together.

There's also a soul mode that is, as far as I'm aware, almost unique to this fangame: the Grey split soul mode, which causes the soul to temporarily split in two whenever the Z key is pressed. (courtesy of an unknown person on the Unitale subreddit who deleted their account, it would seem.)

The wider context for the fangame itself is that I'm making it as a maximum effort omake for a forum quest called "Space Mecha Mauveshirt Quest" over on Spacebattles.

I'd highly recommend checking the quest out to those at all interested in and/or are fans of Mecha anime/giant robots in general.

The downloaded WinRAR file contains the new MauveshirtTale in addition to also containing the original RedshirtTale and Space Mecha Space Invaders, the latter of which is a standalone release of a Space Invaders segment present in MauveshirtTale.
