One of my favorite games so far! Really fun enemies and interesting upgrades! Great job!
The shop was a very nice feature, I thought it gave some good varieties. Also gave a good reason to pick up the coins (sometimes at risk to my personal safety

Nice job! I really like the idea of having a shop with randomized loot between each wave. It gives the player a good incentive to pick up coins and defeat enemies instead of avoiding them.
Oh yeah, this game is cool, I love that the game is easy in the early game but the late game you really need more strategy, thinking in what you need to sacrifice and what the advantages... really cool dude B)

Press Space Bar to equip items from the shop screen.
Use W,A,S,D or Arrow Keys to move.
Press Enter to advance to the next screen.
For each coin you collect, an item will spawn in the shop.
At the shop screen, hover over the various items and you will see the various stat boosts that the item provides. If the item makes a particular stat better the text will appear as green, if it makes that stat worse it will appear as red.
Your Inventory has three slots a Booster Slot, Heart Slot, and Blaster Slot. The booster slot will always affect speed, the heart slot will always affect your HP, and the blaster slot will always increase your Damage and Rate of Fire.
The items in Mothership also have different Rarities. Common Items have a Grey Border, these items will only affect one statistic. Uncommon Items have a Pink Border and may affect up to 2 statistics. Rare Items have a Dark Green Border and can affect up to 3 statistics. Unidentified Tier Items have a Gold Border and can affect up to 4 statistics.
