Naldi's Basics Chapter 4: The Firey Incident
As Jonatan finally stumbled out of the dark forest, gasping for breath, he thought he was finally safe. The silence around him felt wrong—too quiet, like something was waiting.
Then, out of the shadows, a flickering glow appeared.
It was Firey.
His flame burned unevenly, and his expression was tense. He stepped closer, his voice low and urgent.
“Jonatan… you made it out,” Firey said, glancing back toward the distant trees. “But there’s no time to rest.”
Jonatan frowned. “What’s wrong?”
Firey hesitated, his fire crackling nervously.
“There are… 7 licenses,” he said. “Lost inside my house.”
A distant crackle echoed in the air, like something burning far away.
“And if we don’t get them back…” Firey continued, his glow dimming slightly, “…things are going to get a lot worse.”
