A second-person horror game? Pretty cool idea. I can imagine the core mechanic could lead to some pretty spooky moments, such as suddenly realizing the monster is in a room you were just in, way closer than you thought...

Oculorum. You can't see him, but you can see what he can see. Check the monitor to see where he is, and avoid that room. Unless he's looking the other way...
