I only play ruins but some sprites are missing
Unfortunately I don't have Undertale on Steam, I only have it in my switch. Is there any other way I can play this mod? I really want to play this Underfell game so please help.
I just downloaded it but does anyone know how to open it, I dont have Undertale on my laptop, is it necessary?

Project Jumpstart UNDERFELL is a modification for modern UNDERTALE that applies the theme of one of the most popular UNDERTALE AUs called "UNDERFELL" by vic/fella to the game.
In UNDERFELL, ASGORE, King of Monsters became a very different ruler. He is not the same fuzzy pushover we all know and love, but instead, became a wicked Tyrant. As a result, the underground is much more hostile and malicious compared to their classic counterparts. Drastically changing the story we've all come to know and love with a new twist. The Monsters are more difficult to fight, their personalities are altered, there are new rooms, new mechanics, and a familiar, yet different story.
