PlaguedRat.AVI tells a tale about a former soviet Commander of the military named Mikki Mauscov, who's suffering from severe depression and PTSD after his beloved wife, Mina Mauscov died in a german concentration camp. Though, after trying to get his life away and reunite with his wife in the skies, he approached 2 people, who are here to help him from taking his own life!
