You could add that by lowering sanity the character will have hallucinations of entities from the backrooms which will jumpscare you but do not kill you directly, and add pills to raise sanity again and avoid these hallucinations.
Welcome to Beneath Reality, where there is nothing but the must of an old, mono yellow office space, and the annoying buzz of fluorecent lights. God save you if you hear something nearby, because it sure as hell isn't human.
This is a backrooms survival horror game where you play as a lost hiker who unfortunatly clips through the ground into the backrooms. Gather your stuff and set out on a journy through the procedurally generated rooms, start farms, build forts, fight off the locals, and survive the backrooms in search of an exit.
Currently, Beneath Reality is not in a state that I deem as playable, and therfore there will not be any downloadable packages right away. If you are interested in the game's development, take a look at the trello page listed here:
