A Prototype For A Sonic Game

So I Was Looking Through Some Boxes And Found A Cartridge That Belonged To My Uncle Since He Worked At Sega So I Desided I Was Gonna Decode And Put This Into A .exe FILE And I Noticed That The Text Was Talking To Me So I Dont Know If Im Going Insane Or NOT I Also FOUND Out That This Is Really Buggy Since This Was A Test Build.
I Also Noticed That The Cartridge Was Snapped In Half So Not All Of The Game Is There So It Might Crash At Some Point And Thats All I Have To Say About This
