Here's my review for both versions for any future players:
Both:
-Steep difficulty curve in the beginning but if you ration your saves out shouldn't be Pointless-level difficult.
+Post swamps or so, you'll always have a good pool of emergency items if you need them.
+Wicked Amy and Hardest Rider fights!
+Unique Boss Fights with his OC's in there!
+Tanner, Nico, and (Spoiler) Are party members you can pick up!
+Motorcycle Section!!!
If you plan on recording/streaming this, try to find the Mutated Five sprite and any other sprites that show... private parts because apparently he decided to add that, and just draw or censor over them with something. Not because i'm sensitive, but also cause Youtube will probably smite you down for it. Plus there's minors that play/watch these videos too (for some reason).

+Buggy, but in a hilarious way kind of buggy. No game-breaking bugs, And the finales are fully fleshed out.
+Bonus Arcade Zone towards the end with fun, games and prizes. You'll know it when you see it.
+The game's a bigger wild card here than 2.0. One second it baits you into a trap, next second it perma boosts your Max HP by 200 even though you took damage. It's chaotic but really fun. You'll laugh and cry
+Jano Fight is replaced with a special fight, +(Secret Armor)
-Catchtherainbow decided to troll us by not giving me sprint in a sprint-oriented game, so I suggest getting CheatEngine and speedhacking by like 1.5 or 2 for walking sections.
Don't feel too guilty about it. If the devs are gonna troll us, troll them back.
-Not as straightforward with options, but Outlaw mode is the way to go for this. It's not too psychotic.

+(Secret Party Member), and you don't even have to fulfill all the Jano requirements to get to the special fight!
+Mostly more straightfroward about Pain Mode options
-No Arcade Zone, replaced with another OC fight + a few bonus items for beating the few other OC's and all.
-Some unfinished finales if you deviate from the normal route, (no joy) and the bugs negatively impact it a lot.
-(Opinion) I think they redesigned Hart and the Lovelies a bit too much for this one. I like the 1.0 ones better.
-(Opinion) Mostly I feel like the way they took this version feels like it's disconnected from the base Rodriguez Route's theme/tone. But thats probably just me.
But yeah. I prefer 1.0, but you're welcome to try both out. They're pretty fun, and worth a shot!

I actually just decided to play this after downloading it a while back and when looking something up for help this page showed up, i believe i am playing the old version if you still need someone who has it

This game was originally made by Catch The Rainbow. It had 2 versions but I was only able to rescue the second version thanks to a user named Jerry Conquest who had the game on his PC.
In case you were wondering, no. I don't have version 1.0, anyone who has it stored on their hard drive I hope you can help me reupload it in the future.
