Sonic 2XP Revival / sonic mania plus mods

Do you like the style of Sonic 2 sprites and wish they were in Sonic Mania? This project might be the mod for you! The Sonic 2XP Revival takes the original Sonic 2 sprites and completely overhauls them, with more frames and custom animations, as well as an accurate Super Sonic! Here's a checklist of what's done so far:

Sonic - 100% complete

Super Sonic - 100% complete - Use this mod with him for a better experience!

Miles - 85% complete

Super Miles - 15% complete

Knuckles - 100% complete

Super Knuckles - 100% complete

Mighty - 100% complete

Super Mighty - 10% complete

Ray - 100% complete

Super Ray - 0% complete

We are aware that Mighty looks a LOT like Sonic, he's getting an update.

Remember that this mod is not official, if the original creator wants us to take it down at any point, we will do it without hesitation. For now though, the original creator approves of this project.
