A Scratch Game Archive that acts like a console but for your computer.
Its uses SheepTester's ScratchGUI to take adavnatge of the better interface(although scratch addons is good as well). Its heavily cloud based for things like multiplayer downloads and updates but functions offline. Menu HUD is based on the Wii Menu HUD but has many differences that set the two apart.
