Seventh Soul: A Ruined Encounter is a fangame based off Seventh Soul by @8TheKat . The game itself is developed and owned by @HonestParley27 , and it is strongly recommended you check out Seventh Soul prior to reading ahead, and following the game development, as there is spoilers ( Along with checking out Undertale by Toby Fox as both this game, and Seventh Soul, are based on that. )

The game takes place in front of the Seventh Soul Ruins ( if you couldn't tell from the Title ), where you play as the Undertale Frisk, after a broken genocide route, and find yourself in a different universe... one where the rules aren't quite... the same.

But, you just continue forward. Different world or not, you kill those who are unfortunate enough to stumble across your path until you land in the face of a Commander of the Royal Guard. And he will do whatever is necessary to protect his best friend.
