Have you ever tried to play Hello Neighbor Alpha 4 on a Low PC? If yes, then I'm sure you had big performance problems.
This mod was created to fix terrible lags and bring FPS to playable values. As an owner of a Core i5-430M, I am very pleased with the result.
At the moment there are 2 versions of the project,
-1.non-cutted
-2.cutted (screenshots from this version)
UPD: If you have an nvidia GPU, FPS will not increase, but you can still try, please write in the comments if the mod works on your GPU, it will be useful for me to know
