This is an IPS file, you need to patch it with a patcher, which is pretty easy to find. The rom needed is "Super Mario Bros. (World).nes"
This is a rom hack that replaces Mario and Luigi with alternate versions of Ralsei, player 2 Ral's palette having more of a canon color palette while the main sprites are based on my own version of him.
