Steam is needed to play, once you downloaded the game an extracted it you have to go to steam and go to add a non-Steam game and select the .exe in the folder, then go to your library and right click the game, go to properties and go to controller and select disable steam input.

Sync Runner is a chaotic multiplayer foot race across frozen mountain peaks and rushing river roads. It's not just about who's fastest — it's about who can stay fastest while everyone else tries to knock them down.

How it plays

You're always running. Reach top speed and you start banking charges — spend them the moment you see an opening, or save them up for the perfect ambush. Every runner has the same tools, so it always comes down to timing, not luck.

Weapons of choice

• Rolling logs — send one down the track and anyone in its path gets flattened and stunned.

• 🥫 Thrown cans — a well-aimed throw slows a rival down just enough to lose their lead.

• ⚡ Lightning strike — the sky turns black and lightning comes down on whoever's currently winning. Nobody stays safe at the front for long.

Never truly out of it

Fall behind and your boost gets noticeably stronger — the game actively helps you catch back up, so a bad start doesn't mean a lost race. Every run stays tense until the very last few meters.

Choose your runner

Four playable characters — man, woman, boy, and girl — each with the same moves, so it's all about who plays best, not who you pick.

Play your way

• Solo vs Bots — practice or just have fun against AI opponents.

• Local split-screen — 2 to 4 players on one screen, couch-competitive style.

• Online (Steam) — race against real players and climb the ranks.

Global Ranking

Every competitive race counts toward a global leaderboard. Cross the finish line in the top 50 and you'll be offered the chance to sign the Wall of Fame — your name and your message, visible to everyone who plays after you.

• Frozen Peaks — icy mountain trails, tight turns, unforgiving drops.

• River Road — fast, open roads alongside rushing water.
