The aesthetic is alright but sadly I'm pretty sure the cams are ai slop. The description is ai for sure.
el juego tiene muchos bugs, no se entienden las mecanicas y los bichos tardan mucho en irse. Espero que arreglen esto en un futuro porque el juego tiene muy buena pinta

A quick heads-up before you jump in
Hey everyone! Just a reminder that this is a PRE-ALPHA (v0.1).
Since I’m developing this solo, you’re definitely going to run into some bugs, rough edges, and performance hiccups. It’s far from a finished product, but I’m sharing this early build because I really need your feedback to make it better. Play it, break it, and let me know what you think!
The Story
For twenty years, that house on the edge of town has been nothing but trouble. People talk about shadows in the windows and a silence that just feels... wrong. Even the local cops have learned it's better to just look the other way.
You play as Jack Johnson, a beat cop who’s barely keeping his head above water financially. Your bosses know you're desperate, so they’ve handed you a "special" assignment: go in, check the place out, and keep it off the record.
What starts as a routine walkthrough takes a dark turn when you find a hatch under the floorboards. Down there is a cramped, suffocating bunker that looks like some kind of twisted playground for kids. Now you’re trapped, the oxygen is fading fast, and you’re starting to realize you aren't alone down there.
What’s in this build?
Gritty VHS Vibes: I’ve gone for a retro, analog horror aesthetic and sound design to keep you on edge.
Stay Alive: It’s not just about the cameras. You need to manage your oxygen. If you panic, you breathe faster. If you breathe faster, you’re done.
The Abandoned Ones: Learn how they move, or you won't last long.
The Mystery: This is just the tip of the iceberg of a conspiracy that goes way deeper than a "haunted" house.
Help me polish this!
As a Solo Dev, your feedback is everything to me. If the game crashes or you think a mechanic feels clunky, please drop a comment.
Was Night 4 too brutal?
Did the oxygen mechanic make sense?
Did I actually manage to scare you?
Thanks for taking the time to test "The Abandoned Ones." This is only the beginning.
