TWISTED GENESIS: ROUND ONE

Twisted Genesis is a mod filled with various Sonic oddities, inspired by the many stories and characters created over the years. It is made with love and passion for the EXE community. Prepare to face their wrath as you defeat them one by one. Do you have what it takes?

Note: Some users may experience false-positive antivirus warnings. Rest assured, the mod is completely safe. ALSO if you are having trouble with the 3rd song please look at the FAQ below!!

FAQ, PLEASE READ IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS/ISSUES BEFORE ASKING THEM IN THE COMMENTS!!!:(1.) Q: "My Pc/Antivirus is doing a scan right after I unzip it, and when I try to open the EXE it pops up warnings.. is this a virus?!"

A: No, It's not a virus. It's an unknown error which causes a false positive (aka it flags the file as a virus even though it isn't). We cannot pay for a security certificate which is why it pops up a warning before opening also, it's completely safe to download and play.

(2.) Q: "The mod doesn't open correctly!, what am I doing wrong?"

A: Here are instructions IF you happen to run into the bug where the build opens for a second and then closes immediately:

"Windows + R > %appdata% > Roaming > Check for 2 files called TwistedTeam and LordXGaming > Delete those if they are there > Re-Open the EXE."

(3.) Q: "Third song is buggy (and/or) unplayable for me! What's up?"

A: For now we've deduced this is a performance/optimization issue, It could be something different, but that's the leading theory. If it doesn't load fully for you or work properly It might be your PC not able to handle the detail the song has! We will attempt to fix this in a future patch most likely, very sorry for the inconvenience! We'd recommend checking out a youtube video showcasing the full mod to see the third song in its glory!
