THE CUBE

Hi Alex,

I tried out your game. Here are some of my observations.

- I had hard time controlling the cube. The problem might be that it is not sensitive enough. It does not response quick enough. Also when I release the button it still keeps going a little bit.

- The first two levels of the story mode are hard. I could not get pass level 2. You should consider tuning it back a little bit. The first few levels should be easier, allowing the player to get used to the controls and not stop in frustration. I tried the first level like 20 times before I was able to finish it.

- Music stops after a while in story mode. I guess it is not set to loop.

- I did not find an in-game menu so the only was to exit was Alt+F4

- In story mode there is no death animation and sound. I saw that the arcade mode has it. The same in story mode should be good as well.

- Arcade mode also started a little too fast. You should consider the tune it down a bit as well and gradually increase the speed.

- I see in the pictures that there are other levels with some interesting level design. You should consider adding some style to the first few levels too. That could improve player experience.

- You should also consider replacing the cube with a sphere. I think that would make it more realistic.

All in all, if the control is better I can see enjoying this game.

Played the game, good fun. Reminds me a lot of cubefield. I really liked the first level with the trees. : )
