The machine in Sans lab was actually a Universe Portal, and he invites Frisk to go to every other AU to find Gaster.
Chara and Asriel was created using Artificial Souls.

Create your own comics about this AU and maybe another game also. (This game is such an disappointment to me, and I just felt like people won't enjoy it.)
