The moment the monsters were sealed UnderGround, they shortly lost everything that made them a society at all.
Who was the one to lose it first?
The king of monsters himself, ASGORE DREEMURR.
He had immediately installed a new law into the UnderGround;
"If you spot a human, you will either kill or be killed."
His wife, the queen, was forced to go to the ruins as she couldn't handle him. She slowly went insane herself.
And eventually, after they lost W. D. Gaster from the science team, everyone else slowly came down with him.
Will you kill? Or will you be killed?
