First of all, Underlust Sans doesn't even deserve a fight. One of the most important aspects of an Undertale game is the dialogue, and you fucked it up because he just says "Oh yeah" the whole time. His attacks are pretty basic. He doesn't block or dodge your attacks like Sans. Some of the attacks are impossible to dodge, but yet this is still extremely easy since you have invincibility frames and no karma.
My thoughts and rating: Please remove this from Gamejolt, I would prefer a scratch game over this. 0/10.
