This is Undertale: Brave Beginnings, a fan-made prequel to the hit RPG "UNDERTALE" while also incorporating some aspects & features from DELTARUNE.

When a child named Valor leaps down a river flowing into Mt. EBBOT in a desperate attempt to end their life, they find themselves in a world beneath the mountain with no memories of their life on the surface. Journey through the Underground with Valor, As they try and reach the King of Monsterkind ASGORE to escape the underground.

In this full-length fantasy follow-up to the friendly RPG where your choices matter, Meet strange friends to ambitious enemies, uncover the way forward, brace the darkness, & push on ahead. . . . Even if your fate might seem set in stone. 

Characters!

Valor:

Valor is the main protagonist of Undertale: Brave Beginnings. They jumped into a river flowing into MT. EBBOT in an attempt to end their life.

Valor is a biological male and goes by He/She/They pronouns but most characters in game will use They/Them pronouns.

Princess(?) Emily Emerald:

Emerald is a character you will meet in the Ruins and is apart of the supporting cast of characters for Undertale Brave Beginnings.

She lives in the Ruins with a few other spider monster who seem to follow her every command. . . . But why?

Emerald is a young spider based monster (12 years old) and goes by She/Her pronouns.

Features!

• Encounter a New and ambitious cast of characters!

• SAVE, RESET, & LOAD using a powerful(?) soul

• Play through multiple different paths that will branch off depending on your actions. Will your fear consume you? Or can see the good in these monsters and maybe find a new family in the process?

• Run and Dash way from enemies! You can't let them get your soul after all.

• Dawn a five fingered glove that's. . . Brown? Wait, what happened to the pink one?

• Adventure through new areas past the Snowden woods! Lets see what's underneath the waterfall. . .

• Get adopted by your new Wolf dad! Don't worry, he won't bite. . Maybe

• Sole puzzles with no reward other than proceeding!

• Make friends!

• Make foes. . . And then let them become your friends!

• Find the remnants of who you once were. . . Just be warned: sometimes the past is better left buried. Are you sure you handle the truth? You don't have to see it, sometimes, moving on is the best option.

Mechanics

• Dashing: Avoid bullet hell by running dashing away!

• Sprinting: Make it through areas faster, gotta go fast, wait, wrong game.

Magic!

From dangerous fireballs, to swift escapes, yes use your magical mastery- Oh what. You're just a kid. Also this isn't EARTHBOUND.

. . . Use spells that were definitely not given to out of pity and are definitely super strong! Yeah, totally.

Q: Is this connected to Undertale Yellow-

A: No. Undertale; Brave Beginnings doesn't try to actively follow UTY's timeline.

Q: Will you ever add Undertale Yellows story/characters into UTBB?

A: No. Never. Other than a few easter eggs. Undertale: Brave Beginnings will not actively serve as a prequel to Undertale Yellow, but instead serve as a prequel to Undertale.

Q: . . . . Is this connected to Undertale: Kindred Spirits

A: No. Undertale Brave Beginnings is not officially connected to any other soul takes. Just like with UTY, there will be a few easter eggs in UTBB.

Q: When is the next dev log?

A: Whenever it get's finished.

Q: When is the demo going to release?

A: Whenever it's ready.

Q: When is the full release?

A: Whenever the game is fully complete. You will get the demos first, then after that; The full game + full OST soundtrack.
