Played it on XBox... then played it three more times, and counting! I adore this game. It's always fun to come back to. I can't help but grin at all the weird little jokes. I adore how this game portrays Sherlock Holmes, and the way you guys illustrated him is golden. The entire art style of this game is just so addicting, holy carp. And the voicing is wonderful! Definitely one of my favourite games, I will be purchasing the second chapter. I know I'm terribly late to comment, even though I've been playing the game for a few years, but is there any chance that you guys will be making a third game?
P.S. A few people and I have agreed that Bertram should leave his wife for Sherlock. They could be the unstoppable detectives, and all the murderers and crooks would fear them. Bertram's wife seems to think the title of 'adventurer' is a waste of time, anyways.
Is there a way to get a client friendly build? e.g. not an installer?
Played it on mobile, and it was amazing.I'm tempted to buy it again to see if there's anything new with the desktop version. I can't wait for the second episode!
I have just gotten started with the game, and I am instantly sucked in. I will definitely do a series on this game. So far, what is the most attractive about the game, in my opinion, is the art style. The very cartoonish style, combined with the hyperbolic poshness of the various characters makes for a really entertaining experience. That, combined with the hilarious puns and plays on words just makes this an experience that I really have to restrain myself from playing all at once. And the voice acting, oh dear lord, the voice acting..! I am a person who tries his best to narrate his let's plays, because I'm a wannabe voice actor, but this, it's just so beautiful. I am at a lack of words to describe both how fitting to the characters, and how good I find the voice acting in this game. Visually it really reminds me of the game Manual Samuel, a game that I also found quite exquisite. As mentioned, I have only just begun playing, but so far I give it a 10/10 on my scale om amusement. :^D
I made a part 1 of a let's play series, if anyone wants to have a look: (warning: contains some semi-edgy "humor" and a LOT of cussing) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzVoB1wzdi4
I really am enjoying this game =) thank you so much! I'm doing a walkthrough about it, check also out! =D
