congrats on being the first to make a (true) deltarune fanbattle!
i think youre the only one in the entire community (besides TML) who can make a deltarune engine. youre obviously more than capable. very impressive game.
Game Soundtrack
A single-battle Deltarune fan game, featuring Roach the dino chef.
Alphachef is a spiritual successor to Undercook, an Undertale fan game I made back in 2016. Unlike Undercook, this game is geared towards players who are already experienced with Undertale and Deltarune, but it contains no spoilers for either game. This took about three weeks to make and was a somewhat more demanding side-project than I anticipated, but I had fun with it, and I hope you do, too!
Sorry for the lack of a Mac release. If you play the game through Wine, the "no shader" version is probably your best bet.
Thanks to 6502 for experimenting with porting the game to Wine.
Edit (v1.0.2 and v1.0.3): This battle was never designed to have a pacifist ending, but as per Merg's suggestion, I've added some clarity to the SPARE message. Sorry to anyone who has spent extra time ignoring the attack options.
Edit (v1.1.0): There is no longer a "no shader" version of this game, because the shader that previously crashed the main version should turn off automatically if it doesn't compile on your computer. Also, I've made it so the "spare" option can only be selected once.

Merg (and a few others) have made gameplay videos of Alphachef, which I really appreciate.
At 12:43-12:55, he made the suggestion that I should add a clear message about sparing having no effect, so I've updated the game for that reason.
