Well this game is similar to brick breaker I guess, you could do a concept similar to brick breaker or pong with this concept.

Angle Ball
Arrow keys. Angle the paddles to spin them to move for hitting the target.
Use the paddles and move them to angle the ball and hit the ball into the red bin. Use the arrow keys left and right to spin the paddles
