I discovered a few things
OTL: is an emoticon for someone crying while kneeling on the floor
Every website I attempted to translate Takuro look-a-like's name to resulted in "Administrator" or "Administrative Officer"
CZgaming informed me on discord that this is possibly a reference to some korean influencer? Because in Ao Oni -3.0 the Takuro look-a-like is referred to as "Passion" Who is a Korean youtuber
