Toriel - Fire Nation Queen banished for not agreeing with Fire Lord Asgore's plan for all humans who fall underground being killed. She resides in the Ruined Air Temple and helps all humans.. and even Avatars that fall underground.
Napstablook - Earthbender that mopes around the Ruined Air Temple to be alone. Misses his cousin.
Sans - Lazy Waterbender from the Southern Water Tribe. Really has amazing skill but hides it from his brother so he doesn't feel weak.
Papyrus - Brother of Sans. Non-Bender. Loves spaghetti.
Undyne - Captain of the Royal Guard. Earthbender. Her goal is to get the seventh Avatar soul and break the barrier.
Mettaton - Ghost inhabiting a robot body. Was an Earthbender, but now possesses a Firebender-Style robot body by the Firebender Royal Scientist Alphys. Famous Tv Star.
Alphys - Firebender. Royal Scientist of the underground. Creator of Mettaton.
Asgore - Ruthless Firelord. Claims all Humans and Avatars who fall underground will be killed.
